This item allows for the additional charges that arise when an unexpected add-on is made to a client's order after they have made their initial purchase. 

It is available in increments of $5.00. 

If, for example the additional expense is $22.85, then the customer would add-to-cart the amount rounded UP to the next increment of $5.00.  In this case that would be $25.00.  Before your credit card is ever charged for the purchase, we manually remove the difference on PayPal so that you are paying exactly $22.85.
